We have sources for solder and flux too.

Some pictures of our little setup. It may look primitive but it gives excellent results with a little practice. Mounted on a 24" x 18" x 3/4" piece of plywood with handles. We used a digital pyrometer to find the right thermostat setting, but a digital thermostat with a thermo couple would be a nice addition. It takes a few hours to melt the solder and another hour or so to stablize. I can solder 50 circuit boards in less than an hour.
